Where does your jewelry come from?

We hand pick stones from all over the world and manufacture overseas and within our office in Seattle, Washington. We control every aspect of our product line, from design, to choosing the stones and materials, to the production of the finished piece. Do you charge sales tax?

Diviniti does not charge sales tax due to the nature of sales on the Internet. However, since Diviniti Jewelers is based in Washington State, we are required to charge sales tax on orders shipped to customers residing in Washington at the current rate of 8.9%. Back to top

How do I know my transaction is secure?

When you make a credit card purchase at Diviniti Jewelers, we use the most advanced privacy programs to assure your data is protected. I’m having trouble checking out

Problems can occur if you are trying to check out behind a firewall at work or on campus. When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Diviniti Jewelers takes pride in our ability to process and send out orders in a timely fashion. We try to send all orders out with a 1-2 day processing time. Please see our shipping policy for more details on delivery times. Additional time may be required for sizing or custom work. If delays occur with your shipment, we will alert you via email or phone. What kind of guarantee do you offer?

Diviniti offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, return your purchase for a full refund or exchange. Merchandise must not show excessive damage or have stones missing to be eligible for a refund. For more information please review our return policy. Back to top

How should I send back my item for return or exchange?

Please contact us first by phone or email if you plan on sending a piece back under our 30-day guarantee. Diviniti will not be responsible for loss or damage of returned shipments. For more details please review our return and exchange policy. Back to top

What should I do if a stone falls out?

If a stone pops out of your Diviniti jewelry please contact us immediately. We will do our best to repair and replace the missing stone. However, Diviniti reserves the right to refuse a replacement if the loss of the stone is due to excessive or negligent wear. Back to top

How long will I have to wait for a refund?

Once we receive your return, your money will be refunded or your credit card will be credited for any payments you have made toward your purchase. The first credit will be made within 10 business days of receipt and verification of the returned merchandise. Delivery charges are not refunded unless the return is a result of our error. Can you resize my Diviniti ring?

Yes, if the size of the ordered ring is not the right size we do offer a one-time adjustment. Before sending the ring please contact us via email or phone and reference your order number. Then simply send the ring to us and we will resize it and send it back free of charge. Please allow 7-10 days. Some rings cannot be adjusted to certain sizes based on the style of the ring. Does Diviniti Jewelers create custom jewelry?

Yes, Diviniti does custom jewelry. Changing stones and resizing are easy custom changes and can be done quickly.

We can also accommodate more complex requests, such as changing the style of the piece, but this may require more time and is done at Diviniti Jewelers’ discretion.
